Nicky
has six children and experience of children in nursery,
primary and secondary school and at university. She has
been a mature student, dealing with academic work while
being a mother of young children.
She has been involved
as a helper in school and as a parent of children with
special educational needs. She can offer advice on getting
through the SEN system, particularly for parents of able
but dyslexic children. She is currently a business mentor
in a very successful girls' secondary school.
Nicky is
familiar with cooking for children with special diets,
including those excluding dairy products, gluten and other
food groups |
